Submission of Data
Before submission of the data, please read the Submission Guidelines by downloading information, or reading the guidelines attached at the end of this page.After reading the submission guideline, download the Submission Format and fill up the information. There is an Example Submission if you are not quite sure if your submission is in the right format. When done, send the documents to the administrator

Submission Guidelines
Game
- A computer game that is developed (Full game/majority production) in Thailand
- The computer game can be created from scratch or from a game engine
- Game in progress can only be included if the developer has a consistent history of completed games
- For Game Modifications(Mods), you can read policies on Mods for more clarification
- All game submissions must pass a TCGM peer review before consideration and posting in the TCGM
Personnel
- Any Game Developer of Any Nationality Based in Thailand
- Thai Game Developers around the World
- Must have developed and distributed at least 1 game (freeware/shareware/published)
Organization/Group
- Company or Group related to Game Development that is based in Thailand
- Organization must either be a Developer or a Publisher of Thai Produced Computer Games.
Pictures
User can submit pictures of their games, company logos, game screenshots to TCGM. The details of submission are listed below:
- All picture submission must be related to the Game/Organization/Personnel
- Pictures should be of .jpg extension if possible, though png and gif are allowed
- No picture can be larger than 500Kb
- Pictures will come in two sizes, thumbname and normal
- For Screenshot, the thumbnail should be at most 250 px wide
- For Screenshot, try keeping the pictures at a 4:3 ratio (640x480, 800x600) as it would not distort the gallery
- For Personnel/Organization Picture, the thumbnail should be at most 300 px wide
- Please submit files with the following Naming convention (this will help speed up the updating process)
- uname.jpg (for other personnel, organization thumbnail) e.g. mygame.jpg
- uname_l.jpg (for other personnel, organization enlargen picture) e.g. mygame.jpg
- uname_no.jpg (for thumbnail screenshot) e.g. mygame_1.jpg
- uname_no_l.jpg (for screenshot)e.g. mygame_1_l.jpg
- At the present, there is a maximum of 8 pairs of screenshot (thumbnail and normal size) per game, though the amount may increase in the future
- All picture must be given permission by the owner before submission
Demo/Game Submission
- Developers can submit demo by CD or DVD for archival purposes
- However due to space consideration, we would not be able to provide the download at the present, but if it changes, we will offer download services.
Other Submission Guidelines
- All submitted information could be made publicly available
- Since we operate on good faith, we request all submissions to be done by the person, team, or qualified representative, and done as accurately as possible.
- All the materials published are owned by the respective copyright owners.
Mod Submission Guidelines
We usually do not list mods in the website (e.g. games made from RPG Maker, FPSCreator) except the following:
- Only mods that are total conversations will be considered
- Must including development (Programming), not only resource modification
